Delivery has for now been suspended as the usual method of sending parcels became unsafe.

Mahliqa delivers worldwide from the UK.

Shipping within the UK is 2nd class Royal Mail delivery to arrive within 3-5 days. Orders over £50 in value will be shipped by 2nd class Signed For delivery.

Overseas shipping is first class standard airmail, which has a delivery estimate of 5 - 10 working days depending on the destination. Orders over the value of £50 will be send by tracked & signed delivery, with tracking number advised after the item has shipped.


Every precaution is taken to ensure that the jewellery purchased arrives in perfect condition.

All the pieces come beautifully packaged in customised silver jewellery boxes with magnetic closure. The piece itself will be cushioned with wadding, and the box wrapped again in paper tissue. The envelope will of course be padded.


If you are unhappy with your purchase and it is unworn and in its original condition, a full refund will be available if it is returned within 7 days. After that time, it can be exchanged for another item.

For hygiene reasons, earrings will be non-returnable.

All bespoke/commission pieces will be non-returnable.

If the item is faulty, or broken or damaged when you receive it, you will of course be entitled to a full refund once the item has been returned.
